How to Create IG content for restaurants?

I have a couple of restaurant IG clients that I have to help with content creation.

Is there a specific way of doing things?

Any tips are welcome.

You can Build it as niche of Bars and Restaurants and Perform according to thats with Post and Regular Content

You can use Any Best Software you like to

Well, for starters You can watch what people in same category as you are posting (the ones who have lots of followers)And Duplicate there Content, sample different approaches and find out which ones workout for you.

Hello! You need to stick to your original, audience-interesting content. This is the main thing. People will reach out to you, but of course, you need to make yourself known.
you need to try and try, be patient, then you will achieve what you want.
 
This can be very easy these days. Just make reels of them making delicious food. People are always hungry and liking those kind of reels.

Another tip for restaurants IG is tourism stuff. Local sites, landscapes, events, landmarks etc.

Sports, invite diners before/after games and events.

Also, have a planning calendar to hit all the annual events/holidays, new years, valentines, mother's day, father's day, easter, Hallowe'en, Thanksgiving, etc.

And when posting pictures of food use real pictures from the restaurant, not stock images of the same dish.

Use a restaurant specific #hashtag and promote it to customers/followers so customer IG pics are tagged consistently instead of them making up their own hashtags.
 
You should perform competitor content analysis. It will allow you to generate some ideas and see what's working for them.
 
What works is seeing what other successful accounts in the same industry are doing. You'll generate plenty ideas, see what kind of content performs best and find a lot of useful hashtags. But also focus on what is popular locally and what your competitors are doing that's working for them.
 
Canva or Photoshop.

You can put pictures of meals, restaurant space, happy staff.
Be creative and dont forget to use tags and in this case to geolocate your restaurant.
