How to create IG account without getting challenged?

Hi everyone, Im having hard time fighting against Instagram
Here's what i am doing:
I have 4 Cellphone, all of them have 4g connection
2 days consecutive i made about 8 IG accounts with each phone, Each account with new IP ( Fly-mode and reconnect )
But now i keep getting challenge in the first account that i try to make.

Is there any safe way to create atleast Two IG per cellphone?
Or any method to change User agentID, fingerprint and canva design?

Damn, i have no clue what to do.

Did you try app cloner?

Not the ordinary ones,There is one named App Cloner which is not available on the play store so you have to download it from browser and get its premium version.

Same phone = same android uuid = flag = very high risk of ban.

It seems that app will solve my problem.
I sent them an email with some questions, probably gonna upgrade to premium features.

APP cloner could be a short term solution, but just saying, Instagram has an algorithm to detect similar IP ranges in a subnet or cell tower, which is the case of 4G proxies. Eventually you get captchas/pv and all sorts of problems. Your best bet is switching to a proxy that can create universally.

Thank you for the information. the accounts must have been created with brazilian IPs, which proxy would solve this problem? Do you have any hints? 4g rotational proxy?

They answered me on e-mail, this app is the best way to login in several existant accounts, but for creating new one won't work
 
You can't create more than 5 accounts per IP address/device. But even then, you're going to get flagged if you create all 5 at the same time. Instagram has a 200 action/hour limit, and that applies to any accounts/devices associated with your IP address, not just the account you're currently using.

Create at most 2 accounts per IP address at a time, do only a few actions at a time at first, and each day slowly increase the pace. After a week create another 1-2 accounts, and if you get a temporary block don't touch the device for at least a day or so.

Oh wow,I have created 1000s of accounts with the app cloner and you say it doesn’t work,bullshit.

No doubt your logic may be right but with airplane mode,app cloner and sms services anyone can create 1000s.

If your phone is rooted then you can use proxydroid to use proxies within apps and make more safely:)

Did I say it doesn't work?
 
If you got rooted android phone, you can do it by changing IMEI and Android ID. My problem was to find enough IMEIs and IDs for my phone model.
 
You guys gave me alot infornation to work with. Facebook and Instagram flagged me badly.
Going to test dedicated blazing proxies to do the work. Thank you all.

As frenzied said i think they flagged my 4g cellphone tower, aswell my phone id.

Only proxies and a changer id will do now i guess.
