How to create Google account with real devices

I have seen a post somewhere. A guy creates Google accounts with real devices. 10 devices, 2 accounts per device daily. I want to know how it's possible. All I know is all devices are Iphone and they all use mobile data.

I want to know other key points. How accounts don't require SMS verification? Any idea?

it may ask for SMS verification after a while. you can overcome this problem by using services such as smspva, smsactivate, but the account may be closed after a while.
