How to create GMB with phone call or email verification

I am trying to create a GMB for lead generation. I keep getting the option of only verifying with video. How do I create a GMB and get the option for email or phone call verification?

Creating a Google My Business (GMB) listing usually involves verification through postcard by mail. Phone and email verification are typically only available for certain types of businesses or under specific circumstances.
 
You can change the verification process through. Simply Go to your Business Profile. Then click 'Learn how to find your profile.Click Get verified and then choose desirable option.However it also depends on nature of your business some type of businesses won't get this option.

Postcard hasn't been a real verification method in over a year. To even trigger a postcard verification a year ago, you had to leave the phone and website blank, verify later and then it would trigger postcard. Even then, it would usually get suspended after entering the code. Postcard is no longer a true verification method.

Its your category and/or business name that is triggering video verification.
Adjust one or both of those and you will see a difference.
Problem is the categories and business names that most marketers want trigger video and require methods to bypass
