If you want to create Gmail accounts without using your personal phone number or lack sufficient numbers for multiple Gmail accounts, this guide will show you how to create Gmail accounts without phone verification.

1. Why does Gmail require phone verification?

Google uses phone verification to ensure account authenticity and prevent misuse of its platform, such as spam, fraud, and abuse. In addition to verifying identity and increasing security, Google may also request phone number verification due to:
  • Blacklisted IP address: Using flagged or previously misused IPs can increase the likelihood of verification prompts.
  • Suspicious registration behavior: Creating multiple accounts rapidly or using unrealistic details can appear suspicious.
  • Device fingerprint issues: Google tracks browser details, cookies, and hardware specifications. Registering multiple accounts from the same device without adjustments increases the likelihood of verification.

2. Methods to create Gmail accounts without phone verification

2.1. Choose a clean proxy

Using a clean and reliable proxy is essential to avoid triggering Google’s verification systems. If your IP address has been blacklisted or previously flagged for spam, phone verification is more likely to be required. To prevent this:
  • Use high-quality residential or mobile proxies.
  • Alternatively, enable airplane mode on your mobile device to refresh the IP address if using a mobile network.

2.2. Create Gmail accounts on mobile devices

Google’s phone verification process is sometimes less strict on mobile devices. Here’s how to create accounts:
  1. Download the Gmail app from your app store.
  2. Tap on “Add Account” and select “Create Account.”
  3. Fill in your personal details.
  4. Skip the phone number field by selecting “Skip” or leaving it blank (if available).
  5. Complete the setup and start using your new Gmail account.
Tip: Use a new device or clear your device’s cache to avoid being flagged for multiple signups.

2.3. Use a temporary phone number

If Gmail insists on phone verification, you can use a temporary phone number to bypass the requirement. Many online services offer free or paid temporary numbers for verification purposes. Popular platforms include TextNow, Receive-SMS, Burner App.

3. Tips to avoid phone verification in the future

To minimize the likelihood of future phone verification prompts:
  1. Limit account creation: Avoid creating multiple accounts within a short time frame, especially using the same device or IP address. Rapid sign-ups can flag your activity as suspicious and increase the likelihood of verification prompts. Spread out account creation over a longer period to mimic natural user behavior
  2. Clear browser data: Before signing up for a new account, you should clear your browser’s cookies, cache, and any saved session data. This step removes traces of previous logins and reduces the chances of Google associating your new account with past activities. Using incognito or private browsing mode can further help avoid detection.
  3. Use a trusted proxy: Using a high-quality residential or mobile proxy can change your IP address and make your activity appear as though it’s coming from a unique and legitimate source. Be cautious of free or poorly managed proxies, as they may be blacklisted by Google and trigger verification requests.
  4. Maintain legitimate usage: Keep your accounts active and follow Google’s terms of service to avoid issues.
  5. Diversify devices and networks: If possible, create accounts from different devices and networks to avoid being flagged for using the same hardware or IP address repeatedly. You can also use some solutions to change device information such as VPS, antidetect browser, etc.
Creating Gmail accounts without phone verification is possible with the right strategies. Whether using a clean proxy, leveraging mobile devices, or employing temporary phone numbers, these methods can help you bypass verification responsibly. Always adhere to Google’s policies to ensure your accounts remain secure and functional.

Using the methods you mentioned personally, I use antidetec browser to create gmail without phone verification, like ADSPOWER.
I recommend to u guys.

You will become slaves of proxies and anti-detect browsers.

It's better to use a cell phone, you give more security to the account and Google won't bother for that

Proxies and anti-detect browsers are what actually leads to phone verification, the temp numbers from free providers are getting used up instantly, and you account might require another verification after such number get flagged. Creating acc via phone usually works, especially good on adroid devices, create new space, download gmail apk (not from play store, you can use aurora store), create account via gmail. I've heard that inserted SIM card does have impact on that as well

Thanks for sharing this guide! The tips on using clean proxies and leveraging mobile devices seem practical. I’ll definitely give the airplane mode trick a try.

why use the gmail app and not create it from the system > add account?

Usually i create one gmail account per day by my android device. It is safe and never ask me about the mobile verification. Is it possible to create several gmail accounts per day by this method ? Because I am afraid that the IP address of my device will be blacklisted by creating several accounts in one day.

play services in system settings have permission for everything, it's hard to tell what they check exactly, but doing this way will more likely result in phone number verification

I love the guide, I found out some new info I didn't know about before. Best!

In my case success rate going through the settings is higher for some reason.
Is there a reason why you recommend the gmail app not to be downloaded from play store?
Don't they sign the apk?

You can change the IP turning on/off airplane mode in your device

Thank you for the tip. I saw that there are details about this on Google. Also, it was said to use mobile data in this method. As you say, can this method create many gmail accounts per day without any effect? Because I am really afraid that there will be some effect on my android device. I am not very tech savvy. That's why I ask again. Thank you :)

Create a Gmail account without phone verification by using an alternate email, signing up via the Gmail app, trying incognito mode, or using a temporary the phone number or VPN. Success may vary

Yes, you need to use the mobile data to change the IP, what you are doing is turn on/off the connection so if you do with wifi you will need to do it with your router, normally the resident IPs are dinamic, they change went you turn on/of the router unless you have contracted a fixed IP. You can do a easy test to see It.

I think there really isn't a foolproof method that works 100% and if there is, you will undoubtedly need some kind of setup.

I don't think you can create countless accounts that easily, with this simple setup you can maybe create a couple a day without problems, for more you need something more consistent.

Use the search function here in BHW and you will find a lot of info about it and do your own test, maybe you find your method.

Nobody will teach you the exact method he use if the method works.

Search, learn, test and learn with the results. Search, learn, test and learn.... No other way

Sometimes temp mails don't work. But gmail gives you either email or phone approval options. There are also other web emails (like yahoo.com, yopmail, or mail.com) where you can create alias addresses that gmail will accept for verification or as recovery emails.

Normally Gmail only accept phone numbers to create the accs, the email is for recovery normally

Avoid using free proxies or VPN if possible when creating important gmail accounts. I had some business email accounts that got locked after a few months and google responded that the reason was those were created using bots or automated programs. I remembered that I might have accidentally used a VPN when creating them, and sent appeal to google and explained that I might have used a VPN. Those email accounts got restored but I had to try 2 times before they restored them.

The IP address of the VPN might have been used by others who were using automation to make multiple gmail accounts for fraud or spam, and google might have tagged all accounts related to that IP address as bogus accounts.
