Google will favor sites to appear like this on SERPs that receive tons of traffic.

Thanks, I will check it. I used Schema plugin but only for articles. I will google more about how to create that and if you have any tutorial, please, send me.

Have good content on your XML Sitemaps.. Big G will pick it up.. and it will be like that.. Do not forget your TOS & Privacy.. on your footer...
I have this on my site. But i don't have "tons" of traffic.

I agree with you. You can't do this with the help of Snippet.

Google does not only favor sites with tons of traffic, I´ve got this with a clients website that only get´s 5-6 visitors per week using SEO Framework plugin only, and with 3 pages only, plus almost no content more than first-page, small gallery page and a contact page.

I had a Blogger blog with only 50 viewers per day. I got this kind of snippet. After sometime, Google stopping showing snippet for my site. But a site that getting at least 1000 pageviews per day mostly will have this snippet. Most popular pages and categories will appear in the snippet. Please note that the site should have user friendly structure.

This clients site has around 1.5 pageviews per day if you average out views per day, had this googe search results structure for 3 years now, the site is about 4 years old and with a menu consisting 2 links and logo-link in the menu. so not old, not many views per day and a total of around 3-400 words on the entire site only. Cheap client, never wanted to pay for more content .. hmm .. =)
