I honestly cannot recommend any free anti detect browser, it would be a kamikaze mission bound to fail,.
The paid ones offer free trials with 3 to 5 browser accounts, if you can trick them into creating 20 accounts, you can temporariliy have 100 accoutns or so, but the free bandwidth is limited and you wont have access to the browser profiles unless you pay up/upgrade later.
Best is to buy them google accounts, trust me, android/google play , google owns these back ends and they are very good at detecting such things. I am planning to upgrade to junior VIP and then I will have more things to say on the matter ;-)

Try using TailsOS without persistent memory. Never done it myself, but you can try.

If you use Tails+TOR, google will absolutely send you into infinite repatcha loops and definitely request SMS verficiation every time, I have tested this

TAILS, by default run in RAM only(unless you change the default setting), but the point is, even with proxy and anti browser fingerprint, since gmail is a google product, they own the backend of the browser and all, theyre very hard to trick, they have clamped down on email abuse because of spammer recently(insecure apps etc deprecated, SMTP almost impossible to set up all things that are used to bind PHPmailer and PHP mail(). The best you can do is to have them not know what or who you are, in the normal browser they can see even if you operate only in RAM, they cant see if you use anti detect browser, you are then flagged as anonymous , which is not too bad, but thatll trigger SMS verification, sometimes even on previously verified gmail accounts.
Basically, if google triggers SMS verification but not recapcha, youre doing something right ;-)

This is a very important statement to consider, lets say you have built an infra with 100 or 1000 accounts, one "go cheap path" error will have all the accounts affected, if you wanna be safe, forget normal browsers and VPNs that might leak, you must check for leaks on every single sign in. Youll need a need mothership device too, if this happens, this is definitelly something where no risks can be taken.
When i started online rep management gigs, I managed initially with clear web + vpn, but just barely and made up with physical devices for lack of partitions etc, i was just testing the water, but it becomes unmaintainable once youre past 10 accounts.

I'd just buy them as others suggested. Mass creating Google accounts without SMS verification is not easy to do for cheap. Just avoid all the trouble and buy them in bulk for a discount.

Yeah depending on the GEO, a single sms verification can run you 1.50USD, but buying them might trigger another SMS verification request, if you access them on TOR or a funny anti detect browser, I would buy a part and see how it goes, and keep in mind , platforms like Trustpilot will send followup emails weeks after, if these remain unopened, kiss your sticky review good bye(at times).
Then the next thing to consider is do you buy them with cookie data or do you create your own, though this alone shouldnt trigger a verification request.
