If you are planning to build huge number of profile links then go for "xrumer" if not go for "sick submitter".

Xrumer takes time to learn, if you do mistakes while setting you it will harm your site. Also, its costly.
Sick submitter is easy to learn and configure and not costly.
Now the choice is yours.

GSA can help you build all sorts of links, it can do forum profiles and posts as well. Xrumer would be good for professionals, not really recommended for someone trying things out.
