How to create Facebook ads quickly?

Hey experts, Facebook ads have different dimensions, different types (eg. video / picture). Is there a quick way to generate ads in different formats?

I know some use Canva but it requires quite a bit of tweaking here and there eg. changing dimensions etc.

I use Mojo and Instories apps for iOS. Mojo is available on Android, but it functional there is cut. Instories is not available for Android. You can also purchase some creatives packs on Envato and edit them on AE. For quick ads uploading try to use dynamic ads. I find out that dynamic ads have better perfomance than usuall ads.
