How to create Facebook accounts without getting blocked?

9 times out of 10 I will get blocked as soon as I join a group, send a request or like a page.
Im using 4G, I refresh IP before creating, use a clean browser, attach a unique phone number and upload unique photo.
I like a page, or share a status, or join a group, a few minutes later I get upload a photo for verification, I upload a photo and it gets stuck at you can't use facebook at the moment.
If I send friend requests to the account before performing any action I still get blocked.

I'm not spamming, and only trying to create a few accounts every week.

Are you using clean/portable browsers for each account?
 
It's not only about your connection and your browser. Facebook is using fingerprints as well, so no matter if you clear your cookies, they will still know that it is you.

Get a software which can alter your fingerprints and you will be ready to go. There are numerous tools, one of the most preferred is multilogin.

So, the best way to use numerous accounts without getting banned is:
  1. Use the same IP and network which you have used during registration. This might be a private proxy. And use different IP for each account.
  2. Use the same fingerprints for the account - the easiest way is to use a software to handle this. Use different fingerprints for each account.
  3. Do not clear the cookies, if you need to sign in by another network or device, transfer the live logged in cookie, do not use the sign in box.

So how i do it is i contact poeple who have fb accounts for sale of have logs+cookies. then i download cookie editor addon to firefox. load the cookies of the fb account i purchased and refresh the page. it logs in immediately, i dont even have to enter username and password. i understand i did not answer your question properly. there are alot of poeple who have fully matured accounts. let me know if u want to find out where u can get that data. u can use them to make FB business manager accounts instantly without getting blocked.

I usually only post 2 or 3 times before I get banned.

I use chrome, firefox or opera. I delete all cookies/history data etc, after I've done a few actions I get banned.
 
Facebook is pretty easily able to connect the dots and they're nazis with bans. Still crossing my fingers that during my lifetime it implodes on itself.
 
Don’t know what's the big deal to creat a fb account. In my country it very simple. Just need a number to creat an email then using the email i can creat fb account.
You can use the proxy of Bangladesh. There are less restrictions on fb. So fb also imposed less restrictions on users.

You are sending requests or joining too many groups at one time. Even you are posting in many groups at one point of time. ... As per our experience posting of more than 20 posts in groups in a day might block you by facebook from posting.

you should not use a browser just use the Facebook app for android give location permissions use Gmail account is also started creating FB accounts now created about 26 accounts 4 of them are banned all others are running from a single IP

and you should only send request to people who you think will accept them

and send add friends only from same location as you
