How to Create Edu / Workspace super admin accounts for free..

There is a guy who sells workspace super admin accounts. I need to understand how they create these accounts.
And this may not be true but can someone please tell me how to create an Edu email for yourself for free which has at least 100 TB storage, I need it a lot.
