how to create Ebay account without giving CC# ?

Hello,

I need 1 or 2 ebay accounts (just regular not especially seller), but they ask for Credit card #.
Is there any tricks to avoid that ?
How can i register dummy accounts please ?

Buy some VCCs.

Or just buy the accounts from one of our members.

you can go to cvs, or any place that sells prepaid debit cards and simple use it on the account. Some popular ones are vanilla visa and green dot cards. Costs you about 28.00 per card. There is no need to buy an account unless you can get one for around this price

There asking you to put a credit card on file because your IP's are not matching your region... meaning your putting an address located in CA (region) but the IP you created the account on is in florida (region) etc etc... you need real good proxies (rare or expensive vpn ) to bypass there system.
