Best option is to write it yourself or get some decent quality articles from a seller. Don't use generated content in your PBNs.

You should use quality unique content. Your PBN content should be able to pass a manual review. You can get decent enough content relatively cheaply, make sure it is relevant and unique.

Even if they have a price posted, contact them aggressively and ask them for more content for reviews and recurring projects. They should accept a lower rate.

I recommend you to use copywriter services, because the generated text is sometimes meaningless. In fivver have a very good copywriters.

We are using a writer and it's working well. It's always a good idea to use unique articles because you want that Google indexes your pages, don't you? 
Your articles don't need to be super high quality or super long, just reasonably long.. ~300-500 works fine, but if possible, you can do more.

Hire some content writing agency / experienced writer to write quality content in context with your PBN Domain names <---- Please Note.
Don't spin one article and publish on all different PBNs. That might count as a spamming with no link juice.
You can have 5 relevant articles for different 10 PBNs with the best topics and content (for single website) so you get maximum link juice.

You can use spun content providing it is unique enought to pass CS. The same as money sites - and some people use properly spun content on their money sites.
Some PBN sellers simply combine multiple articles spin them using automatic spinning software and publich it on their whole network, as this is only cost effective way to create 100's of articles/pages instantly.

i use copy-paste but that is worth, better - use unique content, and much better - hire the copywriter and use copywriting content with you keywords
