How to create/buy a persona ?

Hi guys, look for your advices

I look to start outreach and I need to create or buy accounts for a persona :
1. IG, FB and Twitter
2. With realistic pictures and past posts (so it’s possible to say I am a journalist)
3. An certain amount of friend/subscribers
4. In short amount of time (so « buy » will be appropriate word)

Interesting. I've always been thinking about this, like for authority purposes. This idea came to my mind after I generated some years ago a persona with authority for a very specific medical purpose. But a lot of work was put into it (I would say it could be valued nowadays in more than $5K for sure in case I would consider selling, which is not the case 100% for sure).

I feel it's not a highly demanded service thing yet (at least for what I would need it), but following this topic in case someone have had experience already.
