How to create bulk gmail accounts

I have tried numerous tools/scripts to generate gmail accounts, and nothing seems to work, can someone tell me how to generate gmail accounts, there must be a way, or else how do people sell bulk gmails, I mean just using a keylogger won't get you a bulk amount of gmail accounts. And I don't think people that sell gmail accounts have a ****load of proxys to use when creating new accounts.
