How to create BOA VBA?

I see these and still can't figure out how they do it. My guess is they are from another country and they create them there or something. Maybe use foreign sites that offer different cards without ssn or whatever the case it.

Has anyone here been able to create these? Or any other VBA's to verify pp?

I believe there made outside the country, like India but im not 100% sure. There are alot of good suppliers for this in the marketplace

So far i think you have to have access to an address in a foreign country where they dont ask for all info like the US does.
