Hi everyone,

I'm new to blogging and don't have much experience in writing. I’m thinking about using ChatGPT to help me create content, but I’m not sure how to use it effectively. I’m a little afraid of using GPT too much and getting penalized for it.

One specific task I’m looking to accomplish is writing a Terms and Conditions page for my website. I think using GPT could be really helpful for this, but I’m not sure how much I should rely on it.

How would you recommend creating blog posts if I’m not experienced in writing? Should I:

  1. Use ChatGPT to generate ideas or an outline and then re-write the content myself?
  2. Use it as a guide, providing input and refining the output?
  3. Copy and paste the content directly from ChatGPT?
  4. Purchase the paid version of ChatGPT for better results?
Any advice on how to use GPT for creating a Terms and Conditions page would also be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Use ChatGPT as an assistant, not as your personal slave. Don't just copy and paste content, humanize it yourself, make some edits, write part of your article manually, remove unnecessary content

There are plenty of templates of T&C pages online or you can use chatgpt... nobody reads that page anyway.

As for blog posts? As mentioned above, use chatgpt as an assistant and manually review each article.

For articles it's best if you make a template and take chatgpt through it step by step, then edit it yourself or using a mix of chatgpt and yourself. Having chatgpt generate ideas can be okay-ish but it'll be very hit or miss so you have to filter ruthlessly yourself. Plus you'll have keywords to target so you've got to feed those in at some point anyway, you can't just have chatgpt go off in any direction it chooses.

Is this service good for writing content in the Health and skincare niche? Looking for engaging product descriptions.

Use ChatGPT for idea generation, outlines, or initial drafts. Then, refine and personalize the content to make it unique. For Terms and Conditions, use it as a template, but ensure it's legally accurate. Avoid directly copying content.

If you're new to blogging, you can use ChatGPT to help spark ideas, create outlines, or even write the first draft. It's important to go through the content human touch.

Create a unique outline and writing style for your project. When you write the article, save it as a PDF under your project files. Later, use that PDF along with your writing instructions and input, and give ChatGPT a command to follow the project file while writing. This is a method you should definitely try, especially with the paid version.
