How to Create Bing Ads account with verified PayPal acc so it will not be blocked on sign up? I want to use this Bing acc long term.

You are correct. Im planning to use PayPal Balance. My acc is 3 weeks old. Would it be risky to so new account?

Is it really not possible to use it without aged pp account? The new account wouldn't work?

Just get a verified PayPal account and use it for Bing. As long as your ads and the stuff you promote comply with BingAds policies you should be fine.

You can create a PayPal account and simply verify it with your personal bank account or credit card.

You can also buy already verified PayPal accounts and use them.

I recommend creating personal accounts though.

Well, my account got blocked again with Bing and that was using a Paypal account, the only thing I can think of is the account is linked to the same address? As I used new domains for the ads
