How to create backlinks manually

How do you build 20-30 backlinks manually a day? How do you find the sites to build links there each and everyday? Are those article site? Blog commenting? Blog posts? I have a lot of blogs, some are ranked good, others need improvements on SEO when it comes to backlinks but I find myself struggling to find sites that I haven't placed links already. Any one suggest some ways?

Find a random website (possibly one of your competition's) , google it, use the "past week" option, find links, add your site there. This strategy is the best in your situation. Or, you can pay someone here on the marketplace for a seo package (most of the times those are very expensive and not very efficient in some cases).
 
If you want to watch live so go youtube and search "how to create backlink manually" after a moment you get lot of video about your topic. Now watch those video and know how to create backlink manually.
 
you can manually build backlinks....you need to some blog commenting and write guest post...install seoquake addon in your browser and check for the high ranking website to comment on them
 
Since I can't post links yet. Search up "How to Get PR9 ******** Backlinks?" in google and that might help with getting some worthy backlinks.
 
I think you can target both nofollow and ******** links. So you can build backlinks on social media pages like Facebook pages, etc, which will definitely boost your site's authority. Google pages with address verification would also boost local SEO/SERP as well. Commenting on forums, etc will also help boost your site's authority slowly - but surely.
 
Examining the links of the competition in tools like ahrefs and majestic is the most ideal option.
