How to create and optimize micro sites for yahoo and bing?

I am looking for a way to rank bing/yahoo. I have a site that gets some good traffic as soon as I hit the first page on bing and yahoo but I need some more information on how to get to number 1. I can't seem to find any type of tutorial covering that.
