If you have created too many accounts, the system may have flagged you as "suspicious behavior". Some tips:
Change device (if possible): Use a different phone or reset the device ID.
Clear cookies/cache completely if created on the web.
Use a new email/phone number, never used before.
Avoid using VPN, unless you know which IP is okay (VPNs are sometimes blocked by the system for suspected fraud).

Try keeping it low key and Human. Start by creating just one account, do small actions like liking a post, Joining a group, or watching a video. Don't rush to fill everything out right away. Wait a day or two before uploading a photo or making changes. Facebook is super sensitive now, so slow and natural behaviour is your best bet.

If you get instant banned or have to verify immediately, no matter what you do, fb will detect your fingerprint

Everything must be clean: phone number, cookies, cache, proxies... Don't use VPN because it get scanned sometime by the system.

Yeah, Facebook's getting super aggressive with video selfie checks lately. One thing I think can help is creating each profile in a fully isolated environment. Using an antidetect browser like Gologin, Multilogin, Hidemyacc,... lets you set up unique fingerprints, user agents, and cookie storage for each account. That way, Facebook sees each one as a separate, real user. Pair that with clean residential IPv4 proxies, and avoid rushing through the sign-up process, take it slow like a normal user would. Also, don’t over-optimize things like cookie volume or browser tweaks. Sometimes less is more, as long as the whole setup looks consistent and human-like.

It seems like your proxy is faulty that's why it's giving you this error, you should replace it with a new proxy and restart your device.

I think you should use proxy to create multiple accounts at the same time, that will limit your FB accounts from being banned
