How to create anchored backlink in Drupal?

I found many high PR Drupal blogs to comment on and I see many backlinks in other peoples comments but when I try to put a comment with backlink it triggers the spam alert?


I'm using the traditional html way of putting a backlink.

Are you sure other comments are spammy ? Maybe their links are useful to the article..
