1. Infographics Help
2. Reduce Text
3. Links have low reach
4. Photos & Videos have good reach.
5. Use Call to Action in Caption.

I'd focus on video content, tons of software out there to use (animaker, adobe spark) or even freelancers in the forum can do the work for you.
