How to create an ad box like this ? [Wordpress]

Hey,

I think that some kind of ad-box can REALLY increase the conversation rate so, i've found on the internet a really good ad- box that i want to replicate into my posts in Wordpress.

I would like to put between content in my posts. I don't have good coding skill but the solution can be a code (i know how to edit a code), a plugin or any others solution to be like the two ad-boxes in the images.
