How to create a website like receive-smss.com?

I read one thread where many experienced members told about creating a website like temp-mail.org.

So, I'm asking this how to create a temporary phone number sites any idea how they are doing.

And yes in the above site many numbers don't work but there are many sites like this and I am looking to create like them with genuine numbers.

Additionally, if you have true knowledge then do let me know that is legal or not, as these no. are registered on someone's name and gov id proof and if users used these numbers on very illegal things then what will be the results and is there any way to tackle it.

You probably look for this: https://agregator.kopeechka.store/ they have an api that you can call, with around 25 sms verification services. I don't know how well you can integrate this for your own website though.
