but on the first picture I sent you can see, that it's a NSFW text prompt and a NSFW Picture. So it's 2 seperate things. It's not a picture only.

You can add ">! example text ! <" to create a spoiler text. Try it like that like create image post and when adding about pic text for context etc use >!!< like described, that should do it.
