How to create a subscription based adult TUBE?

Im trying to create a subscription based adult video tube.

Simply the idea is, when a visitor click on the play button on the video, it should ask him to signup(a paid subscription -PPS).

I searched online, and found this site, seems to be doing like that(be warned its 18+ LOL):

So that is a PPS site which we redirect after the play button.

Can anyone tell me, what networks provide these types of tube scripts and CPS offers?

I found wpXtube , but its not converting well.
