How to create a stripe account without ban

I tried to create stripe account using Fresh IP (data center) and residential ip from torguard.
My account is always closed after activation.

How to make sure they don't close my account after activation?
What proxy/VPN i should use?

mostly after activation

Absolutely. I'll never do business with stripe again. It's too risky. But If you want to create then Clear and frequent contact with your customers can help prevent many of the reasons for ban.
