i'd like to create a site like this but i don't understand how it is made. Where does it get content from?

It's a wordpress plugin - just view source, it links to wpburn.com and the theme seems to be "thematic" (at least thats the name of the folder where he keeps the theme).

I visited wpburn.com but i can't see a plugin for that. Am i missing anything?

Nothing to do with wpburn.

It's a thematic theme with an autoblog plugin.
