How to create a similar site

Hello guys , need your help and advise how to create a similar website like photorelive . I have no idea how to make it from scratch as I'm too far from any site building , programming ect . So my question is , is it possible to build the same with some Wordpress themes and plugins or it should be written from scratch ? If so , how much could it cost ?

You can use a wordpress theme detector and see what themes and plugins they're using.

Just checked it and unfortunately for me , it was not created with wordpress ..

The site appears to simply be coded using general HTML. You should be able to find a site-ripper. However, there is some advanced functionality that you may not be able to duplicate. I fear this project will be far too technical for your skillset. Your time might be better invested elsewhere.

Thanks , I saw this auction already , but the reserve price is to high for me , so I decided that to build it would be cheaper
