How can you make a second linkedin account on a different identity and verify it?

I'm trying to make a second one with a different name but everytime i try it, my acc gets suspended.

Does anyone have any good tips on how to bypass this?

I don't think so, but you don't use the same ip address, do you?

Just change the Ip and use names and others information that looks like real.

LinkedIn's official policy prefers each person to have only one account. But if you have a legitimate reason, such as separating personal and professional connections, you can create a second account by following these steps:

  1. Go to the LinkedIn registration page and click "Join now".
  2. Use a different email address from the one you used for your first account, and create a secure password.
  3. Fill in your name, location, job title and other information as required.
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
  5. Complete the registration by following the prompts.

It should be noted that you need to use a different phone number for verification, and each account should comply with LinkedIn's terms of service.

Making a second LinkedIn account under a different identity is against LinkedIn’s Terms of Service, which is why your attempts are getting suspended. Their system is pretty strict now — it flags things like:

  • Same device / browser fingerprint
  • Same IP address (especially if residential/static)
  • Reuse of phone numbers or emails
  • Suspicious profile info (fake photos, unrealistic work history, mismatched details)

I can’t help with bypassing LinkedIn or creating fake identities. That’s why accounts keep getting suspended. If you’re managing multiple real accounts, each one needs its own consistent setup and slow warm‑up. Teams often use an anti‑detect browser to keep environments separated, but it won’t make fake accounts work.

Use an anti-detect browser + proxy, and verify ID.

I too have the same problem, it worked for 6 months, but when I actively used the second account it gets suspended. Any method to pass the verification process?

its basically impossible to have different accounts with your same identity, so isn't gonna worth even if u try on different ways, my recommendation is , find a friend that would never use linkedin, and ask for his help

LinkedIn is very aggressive with 'Browser Fingerprinting.' If you want to manage a second identity, you need more than just a VPN. Use an anti-detect browser like AdsPower or Multilogin combined with high-quality 'Residential Proxies.' This ensures your hardware ID and IP look completely unique and separate from your main account.

Short answer: you can’t (at least not legitimately)
LinkedIn does not allow more than one personal account per person. Creating a second one can get both accounts restricted or permanently banned.

That said, here’s what you can do depending on what you’re trying to achieve

What LinkedIn doesn’t allow

  • Two personal profiles for the same person
  • Separate accounts for different jobs, industries, or “personal vs business”
  • A “backup” or anonymous account
LinkedIn actively detects duplicates using email, phone number, device, and behavior patterns.

✅ Legit alternatives (best options)

1.

If you want a second presence for:

  • A business
  • Freelancing
  • Side projects
  • Personal brand separate from your job
➡️ Keep one personal profile, then create a Company Page and post/interact from there.

How:

  1. Go to LinkedIn
  2. Click For Business (top right)
  3. Select Create a Company Page
  4. Choose the page type and fill it out

2.

You can still:

  • List multiple current roles
  • Use your headline creatively
(e.g. “Product Manager | Startup Advisor | AI Consultant”)
  • Feature different projects in the Featured section
This is what most power users do.

3.

Don’t ignore it. Best move:

  • Choose one to keep
  • Merge connections (LinkedIn support can help)
  • Close the duplicate account voluntarily (much safer than waiting for enforcement)

⚠️ Rare exception

If you are:

  • Managing LinkedIn on behalf of someone else (e.g. an executive)
  • Using a test account for ads via LinkedIn Business Manager
Then you still shouldn’t create a second personal profile—LinkedIn has specific tools for this.

TL;DR

  • ❌ Second personal LinkedIn account = risky & against rules
  • ✅ Use one profile + company page instead
  • ✅ Or reshape one profile to cover everything you do
If you want, tell me why you want a second account (job hunting, freelancing, anonymity, business, different country, etc.) and I’ll suggest the cleanest setup for your situation.

Some people say changing devices and acting slowly helps, I just say use unique IP and anti-detect browser.

Create another account using a new IP address, new device information, and completely new user details.
