Hello BHW,
I'm a newbie but i really want to make money online.
I'm trying to create a reward website where users can receive game related products(steam games, keys, etc) using their points collected by completing surveys, watching video etc.
I will create the website in wordpress. Is it legit?
Also, which kind of ads/network should I use?

At the moment this is only an idea, so any advice is appreciated.

Wordpress + free theme

I would look for affiliate programs and not Ads

You need:

- Domain
- VPS hosting
- Installing WP
- Download a free Rewards script/theme from Google
- Apply to a few CPA networks like AdworkMedia, CPALead, Matomy and add their offers to your website
- Profit

First, get a domain.
Buy a VPS.
Install your website & wordpress on the VPS (find a tutorial, they're everywhere)
Find a theme that supports WooCommerce and that you like.

Get a domain, hosting too. Them install wordpress, if you want to can buy instantbuilder( plugin in wordpress) it's quite handy. And there go you almost have everything you need.
