How to create a rating review site on wordpress?

So I want to make my site have a rating review option for users for certain posts. Examples are sites like imdb, goodreads, etc.. Ideally users can rate and review using their social media accounts to login. So any ideas?

Ideally if you could point me to free plugins and themes, that'd be great.

You can either use ready theme which is made for review website. They comes with all features. Alternatively you can also use plugin to add these features in any theme
