Better to flip burgers, and buy managed proxies.
Also, Mobinet is probably better than what you are suggesting, now.

I'm already having multiple residential proxies, but I needed my wi-fi as a proxy for something specific
 
It's a rather cumbersome process and needs a lot of technical knowledge.
