How to create a Porn Website

Man you guys this site is a fucking world so much adive and topics. I need to learn a lot...anyways

I want to create a porn website but with content I get from the internet..Is that possible will I get in trouble...
They have so many websites with free porn and I want to make one.....Is there a policy I have to write or something?

You'd be best off checking with the people at xbiz.net -- Just signup saying you're already in the industry as technically they don't allow any outsiders. I always got great advice from them when I did adult, went to the conventions, met great people.

The laws depend where you are and where you're servers are. The United States you'll need notices for 18 U.S.C/2257 on the website. I would also just let other people post content, if you start posting stuff yourself then you'd be liable for copyright infringement or worse if you do something like accidentally post a 17 year old.

Now why did I leave? The industry is great, full of nice people... some of the nicest people I've ever met, but the money just isn't there anymore. You said it yourself: "They have so many websites with free porn", so unless you're making a free tube site there's just no money in it; and when you do a free tube site the advertisers don't pay much anymore. You'd probably be better off drop shipping sex toys, a place like sextoyclub can take care of that for you.

Well I'm not a webdesigner but I wouldn't know how to let people post their own video =/ i know a little under basic..but yea servers are going to be the USA ... I saw that xnxx site has content i was planning to get it from there or similar sites and post it myself...I just think I can do this...

Oh I'm sure you can, the simplest way is load up WordPress on a server and install one of the many image/video share plugins. You can post your own content if you like or open it up to anyone.

Pretty solid advice on joining an adult webmaster forum for starting a porn site, as for the money not being there anymore - that is not true. The best thing you can do is start taking action rather than having these ideas in your head and see what happens. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I would believe most things you say, as long as you keep that avatar.

You guys been really helpful. I would need to join those sites and see what I get. Any more advice are welcome.
