I have a client who’s lost access to their Facebook account. I don’t think they can get it back because they’ve forgotten the password, lost access to the email associated with the account and also didn’t have a number attached to the account.

I’ve already tried once to make them a new account but Facebook requested video verification and then banned the account for suspicious activity. I assume they knew she already had an account.

I want to try again creating a new account and ideally I want it to be in her name, or a closely related variant of her name but I just want some advise on how to reduce the chance of it being flagged as suspicious.

Is it enough to set it up via a vpn and in a fresh browser, but on the same computer?

I’m trying to get a new count set up, but also to minimise the impact on her for using the account going forward. Any advise appreciated.

You can set up multiple accounts on one device but it requires you to use browsers with different proxies.

That’s a tough spot, especially with no access to the original email or number. FB’s system is pretty tight these days when it comes to new account creation.

Don’t reuse the same IP—even with VPN, use residential proxies or mobile data for better trust scores.
Avoid using her full exact name right away. Try a slight variation first, then update it later after warm-up.
Connect a fresh phone number early.

Use a premium VPN with a dedicated IP (e.g. NordVPN, Surfshark) to avoid shared IP flags.

Creating a new Facebook account on the same machine, even with a VPN,can still trigger suspicion if the browser fingerprint, cookies, or environment aren’t changed. Best approach is to use an anti-detect browser (like Incogniton or Multilogin) paired with a clean mobile proxy, which simulates a natural connection more effectively than static or datacenter IPs. Also avoid reusing identical names, images, or data tied to the banned account.

Uppsing a VPN alone won’t cut it anymore. Facebook’s detection goes way deeper, tracking browser fingerprints, cookies, and even subtle device traits. Anti-detect browsers like Incogniton or Multilogin paired with mobile proxies are the best bet right now

Create a Facebook account
On your phone:
Download the Facebook or Facebook Lite app

Open the app → Tap “Create new account”

Enter the following information:

Real name (or similar)

Date of birth (should be 18+)

Gender

Email or phone number

Set a strong password

Enter the confirmation code sent via email/SMS to activate your account

As @Huni said create facebook on mobile device by using new mobile browser / app

Don't use phone number / email that's already used for facebook

Kindly try as many possible way to recover the email first, so you can get the account back

If you try without email validation fb consider someone trying to impersonate to get account access and block the recovery process sometimes there maybe options to identify friends if the system is familiar with device

Use new information email phone number as well as login device to ensure Facebook can not scan it when it is related to your old accounts change your profile photo the information can be duplicated something but the image should not be the same photo

Creating a facebook account on a real mobile device is realtively safe as most account farms use anti-detect browsers with proxies to create accounts. Connect with friends through Whatsapp or IG on the same device. As Meta shares info, this makes the account less suspicious.

This time creating an account is difficult especially when you can't access the information of the previous device please use a new data network or new device avoid reusing her name try other information then gradually change it back to the original information

You need a proxy and slow detection software to be able to create different accounts and manage them

creating a new account on the same machine even if there is a data network can still cause suspicion for the current Meta system the best way is that you can use anti-detection software and new devices with real information to be able to work well

You should remember this tips:
  1. Use a clean browser or new user profile, ideally on a different device.
  2. VPN should match the client’s real location.
  3. Use a real email and phone number, not temporary ones.
  4. Use a name slightly different from the old account to avoid exact matches.
  5. Act like a normal user for the first few days: post casually, like some pages, avoid mass friend requests.
  6. Don’t create a Business Manager or run ads right away — wait a few days to warm up the account.

Avoid logging in from the same IP, browser, or device that was previously flagged.

it's better to use a new device to manage the accounts. Or if she have to manage many accounts on one device, buy proxy server for each accounts would be safer. Or some antidetect tools are also trusted, like antidetect browser or some antidetect phones.

Recently FB has become more strict, you can create a Facebook account on mobile devices and use it with a browser with different prox will be safer and more reliable.

To create a new Facebook account safely, use a clean browser, a residential or mobile proxy (not using a datacenter), and an email/phone number that has never been used before. Avoid using photos, names, or behaviors that match your old account, and make sure the proxy matches your real location. During the first 3 days, interact lightly and nurture your account slowly to increase your credibility and avoid being flagged.

You can register a completely normal account and then get a blue tick to help your account increase its reputation. Other factors, in my opinion, are not a big deal.
