How to Create a New ClickBank Product?

I would like to start creating my own product, but I don't know how to do it. I've seen people creating and launching products here in BHW, so I want to know how you guys are doing it.

Here's my questions currently:

1. How did you produce content?
2. Did you design the sales page yourself?
3. Did you write the salescopy yourself?

4. Is it OK to rewrite information from another ebook with my own words then sell it? (e.g. Ripping the main ideas from eBook A to my eBook + rewording)?
5. Where do people get amazing graphics custom-tailored to their sales page?
6. How do people find testimonials even before having a launch?

For 1, I meant HOW did you find the content.

For example let's say I want to make an ebook about fishing.

As you know, fishing involves lots of techniques and methods(I think).

Having no experience at all in this area, how would one go about creating an ebook for fishing?

Haven't done this myself...hope is ok I point out that only Q's 1, and 4 are about making the product. Rest is marketing.....

1. You can use PLR products or outsource it. IF you know a lot about the subject you could write the product yourself (Im so lazy I would probably outsource a book even if it was about my self)
2. No, I outsource all my graphics work
3. Same as 2
4. I think its more of a moral thing, but if you do do it make sure you REWRITE it fully or you might get slapped with a breach of copyrighted content (dont quote me on that)
5. You can get some graphics people to do them. You can find some great people on here or on freelance website
6. By contacting people/friends and doing a soft launch, or just making them up.
