How to create a listing / offer website?

Hey guys,

I am wondering how you would create a listing website like these?

Basically it's a platform where users can register, create a listing in a specific category and other users contact them via chat or email.
I thought about doing it with WordPress, because I lack knowledge and skills in php etc.

I have seen these types of websites being built in WordPress with a paid theme and plugin.
You can also get a custom theme and plugin developed for this mate.

You might find a specialized theme that includes the correct plugins OR

You might use a page builder theme and automobile classifieds plugins OR

You might try the Oxygen Builder System (search BHW for the member that shares his version)
that allows you to create program code
