How to create a gmail account without phone verification with Hackintosh ( Virtual Vmware)

I can create Android gmails. I have android phones. But ios devices are not available.

That's why I installed virtual macos on vmware with Hackintosh. But when I create gmail with Safari, the phone is being authenticated. I've never had that problem with Android.

Every time I create an e-mail when I create an Android, I restart the modem. That's how I get a new ip address.

It seems like you have overdone the procedure and have exhausted your IP address. You can create accounts without phone verification but the amount is limited. When Google finds that you are spamming or creating many accounts, then they start asking for phone verifications. The best thing you could do is: buy some quality proxies and continue to create accounts without phone verification.
