I have been trying to create a new Gmail account, and I'm unable to create one due to phone verification. I don't need bulk Gmail accounts, so there is no point in buying accounts. Just need 2-3 accounts right now to set up google webmaster and google analytics for my new websites.

Is there any way to create a Gmail account without phone number verification? Or any virtual phone number verification service out there?

Use BlueStacks or Memu emulator
Install and unistall (Repeat)
This is how I create many Gmail many years ago
You need a good proxy tho

Or use the Gmail Dot trick

Install Google Keep on your mobile and create gmail accounts. It worked for me.

But if you create gmail account from mobile, isnt it get linked with mobile number.
It didn't automatically link to the number, but I guess Google secretly collects data. While on keep, there was no phone number on my acc settings, and the acc didn't sync to mobile. When I removed the acc from keep, I was asked to add phone number on next login.

Try that option for impaired people or you being under age 18.

Or select recovery email. Google changes rules so fast but worth to try.

how exactly, and what do you mean by google keep
Google keep is a note making app. You can add new gmail accounts to it
Code:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.keep

You can skip this step, it's not necessary. You can make many new mails every day.

Mobile no is just optional...i have created Gmail accounts without providing the mobile no

Just skip this step and create your account. mobile number is not necessary

Try SMSPool, or any other mobile providers in order to create a account. It's not too expensive, or try a residential proxy and then try registering a account. Google forcing you to use a phonenumber is usually related to you making too many accounts on one IP.
