Hello,

I would really appreciate if somebody would help me regarding the following question:

- How can I create a weather forecast website?
- Do I need to use a plugin or theme for that?
- Do I need to just a create a page and insert come HTML code?

The website would be simple - only for one country.

1) Use api from website like AccuWeather or so
2)if you use cms like wp you can use it
It will be better if you use wp and plugins

Can you please clarify, if possible. Since I am not so good at coding... I get an API from a website and then to a WP page and?

Use a plugin or theme,you can buy from codecanyon.they will require you to put api key.
Boom,it is all setup
