Hey I guys, I know this is possible but I don't know which software should I use for auto scraping reddit,stumbleupon.... and auto post on my fan page. Please recommend me some good software. Thanks

If you have a instagram/twitter/tumblr page with posts that you wish to be posted on FB, then go with IFTTT and automate this process easily.
