If you want to create accounts seamlessly without bans, you'd need real devices, real phone numbers (for verification) and high quality 4G mobile proxies. I think you can safely run at least 3 accounts per proxy so how many proxies you buy will depend on the number of accounts you create. But do remember to get residential IPs, they work the best with social media.
