Does anyone know how to create a Click to Call button with InstaBuilder?

You might need to go for a 3rd party app in order to add Click to Call button.
vCita LiveSite is one of them where you can add it to InstaBuilder.

Good luck with that, website builder rank only in rare cases IMO.
So you have to spend on ads what you saved on your page.

I only do payed ads, I have no idea how to do seo.
