there are facebook contest services available out there that can deliver you 500 votes tho. Will cost a lot lower than creating or buying those accounts. Search google for "facebook contest votes buy" or something like that.

Idea 1:- Get multilogin or similar service, proxies and start creating 1 by one.
Idea 2:- buy ready made aged or new accounts. buy proxies but you will need multi browser for login them.
Idea 3:- there are some service who doing votes. Find them.
Idea 4:- can't think more idea now.

Don't use VPN because it also keep lists of IP address ranges that are for know for VPN usage. Facebook checks your IP address every time you log in. It's one of the ways they confirm that you really are who you say you are.

The amount of time and cost it will involve won't make it worth it for the contest as its probably a small prize, if you want 500 accs you'll need to spend a few thousand dollars and hours upon hours of set up and manually voting.
There's services in this forum where you can buy the 500 votes for a fraction of the cost and you'll have them in a day or two, can't recommend any but searching on the forum you'll find a few of them.
