You won't be able to create something like that if you only have basic knowledge of xhtml. Try learning PHP or other web orientated languages.

u need to learn more than just xhtml. PHP, MySQL and Js to spice it up. Try to search for the nulled template if u can

I think you should try on Macromedia Dream Viewer first. This is the best software to learn making website. I also used this software for learning. Hope you'll like this.

For the website I think best would be use CMS. For counter creating javascript.

I beleive there is software that will enable you to grab the code of a website and to create a clone, unless some parts are protected against that.

You might find references to that in our forum.

And then you need to be at home at the counters themselves.
Is there any particular reason you want to go into the counters?
