This is an industrial form. You need to check the generated bins live and try it out. And of course bin may be rejected, ask for more phone number or you have successfully created a trial account.
it does not guarantee that all cases are working, but there will definitely be one. If you don't have vcc working with netflix, take some time for it.
If netflix asks for a phone number, leave that email and try with a new email. This method will consume a lot of your email
