I just want a good landing page with script etc.
But I've never done this before.

I'm a beginner like you and I checked out leadpages, clickfunnel, wordpress and wix.

I want my landing page to be a single page that first collects their email before giving access to my 'catchy offer'. I'm guessing that is what you want to do too.

wordpress + thrive themes (its on bhw download section) is nice
lots of WP plugins can do that. just remember that's only half of the equation. you have to hook it up to a service that will send the mails.
services @mrubblesan mentioned like leadpages & clickfunnel are very popular. just be careful w/ "free tier". they often have strong restrictions.
