All phones (e. g. iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro Max etc.) of the same manufacturer (Apple) do have of course totally different fingerprints.
And depending on the iOS version and the browsers you use on the phones (e. g. Safari, Firefox, Chrome etc.) they do have different fingerprints also, depending on your settings, add-on usage etc.
You talk much, but how about sharing some proof?

So having a factory default android device, with a default browser - will be enough to not be unique and thus fingerprinting isn't possible using hardware parameters.
Yes, the same manufacturer CAN have different fingerprints if the hardware is different. Same as every samsung model will have different hardware fingerprints. Take two same manufacturer devices with same hardware and they will have same fingerprints thus making them impossible to be fingerprinted.
