How to correct permalink structure?

In my GSC -> pages section there are permalinks which I have never created, for example - ?filter=random, index.php, etc. How to stop them from creating as these links are giving me 404 error. I have already changed the permalink structure of site to post name. I am using RankMath and redirect all 404 page error to my site homepage but then, I am getting 'Page with redirect' issue in GSC. Anyone have any solution?

It depends with your CMS. If it's WordPress just use a plugin like yoast or rank math

These are bot patterns in GSC, no need to fix anything.
